SELF - CARE FOLLOWING:
Adjusting to new dentures requires proper care to ensure comfort, fit, and oral health. In the first few days, some discomfort, soreness, or speech difficulties are common as your mouth adapts.
It's important to follow your dentist's guidance on cleaning and maintenance to prevent irritation and infection. Eating softer foods initially and gradually introducing harder foods can ease the adjustment.
Proper care also includes regular cleaning to avoid bacteria buildup and visiting your dentist for any necessary adjustments. With time and care, your new dentures will become a natural part of your routine.
